PPI Quality & Engineering is seeking an experienced individual or agency to update existing documentation for our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. The current documentation is maintained in Doc-to-Help, but we are open to transitioning to a different documentation system if it better suits the needs of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Update: Revise and update existing documentation for our SaaS application to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability.
• System Transition (if applicable): Evaluate and potentially transition the documentation from Doc-to-Help to a more suitable platform, if deemed necessary by the project requirements.
• Online Help Package Development: Create an online help package in a format acceptable to the QA Reporter (QAR) team.
• Stakeholder Approval: Work closely with internal stakeholders to secure approval for the updated documentation.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the QAR team to ensure the successful installation of the updated help package.

Required Experience:

• Experience Level: 4-10 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on SaaS applications or similar fields.
• Documentation Tools: Proficiency in Doc-to-Help or similar documentation platforms. Experience with other documentation tools is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

• Writing Samples: Submission of relevant writing samples that demonstrate technical writing capabilities and experience.
• Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp technical details quickly to accurately update and create documentation.
• NDA Compliance: Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before accessing technical details.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Flexibility: Open to evaluating and recommending new documentation systems if beneficial for the project.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and the QAR team.
