Location: Greater Houston Area
Contract: Full-time 3-12 month project

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Convert TOM process designs into Microsoft-first solution architectures and deliver clear, high-quality functional and technical design documentation.
• Define end-to-end data flows, APIs, integration patterns, non-functional requirements, and ensure alignment across CE, F&O, Field Services, and Project Operations.
• Review and challenge FDDs, develop solution and integration specifications, and validate designs with SMEs and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate and support TOM workshops, validate business processes against Microsoft capabilities, and perform fit-gap assessments with actionable recommendations.
• Own integration strategy across modules and third-party platforms, including APIs, error handling, security, authentication, Azure standards, and data migration and quality needs.
