Bruce Flockton is the Chief Executive Officer of PPI Quality & Engineering. Bruce has held multiple positions over his 18 years of service with PPI, including Quality Manager and Vice President of Operations. His extensive hands-on experience, combined with his work on major global projects with leading energy companies, has played a vital role in strengthening PPI’s global reputation.
Bruce exercises sound judgment in the day-to-day executive management of operations. He leads the company to meet company goals, vision, mission, and values. Bruce is responsible for driving PPI’s strategic direction, P&L, client relationships, project planning (upstream, midstream, and downstream), safety, growth, and innovation.
As the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PPI Quality & Engineering, LLC, Victoria leads corporate strategic initiatives. She manages the legal and commercial operations of PPI and its affiliated companies, including negotiating critical contracts and spearheading acquisitions and mergers. Victoria also leads development of corporate policies and enforces corporate governance and regulatory compliance obligations.
Victoria has over 25 years of business and 20 years of litigation experience, assisting global businesses to optimize efficiency and reduce risk. Over her career, Victoria has steered merger and acquisitions initiatives and new market ventures in the energy and technology sectors.
She holds a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from University of Houston.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mon oversees PPI Quality & Engineering, LLC finances and financial reporting. She advises the company on financial risks and opportunities. She also manages treasury, accounting, tax, commercial, risk management and audits.
Mon began as a Controller at PPI in 2011. Prior to joining PPI, she has 9 years of government service experience and 15 years of public accounting experience.
Mon holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
Aaron Burns is the Vice President, Operations, of PPI Quality & Engineering. Aaron has over a decade of experience in the quality assurance/quality control space. Over his last 5 years with PPI, Aaron was a QA Program Manager for two multi-million-dollar offshore developments for a supermajor client.
In his role as Vice President, Operations, Aaron ensures operations run efficiently, safely and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. He provides strategic direction for PPI operations management—including promotion of the organization’s values, mission, vision, and goals. Aaron also advises the executive leadership team about anticipated changes, trends, and issues that affect the company. He is responsible for communicating and executing the company leadership’s vision for corporate strategy through Operational Excellence initiatives.
Aaron holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration and a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science, both from Texas A&M.
