Roles & Responsibilities

  • Dedicated resource for the operations team for data entry and/or analysis, Customer status reports, custom reports, and resume conversion.
  • Time & Expense System (Vision) administration and activity oversight (tracking missing timesheets and expense reports, records updating as needed)
  • Reporting System (QAR) administration and activity oversight (attachment only IR processing, tracking missing inspection reports, vendor management, user account creation and updating)
  • Special projects resource to support the department in the Quality Management system’s improvement
  • Provisional resource for Customer project creation in Vision
  • Provisional resource for inspection report review (sans final approval) in QAR
  • Provisional resource for the billing department and reception as suitable

Competency

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree or verifiable equivalent work history with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • College degree with a science or engineering core preferred
  • Knowledge of drilling and completions tools, API specifications and standards, DS-1 standard, or other quality governing documents
  • 2 years of previous experience in administration
  • Competence in understanding, interpreting, and communicating procedures, policies, information, ideas, and instructions
